Chris and Tameka Hannon started #TeamHannon in 2010 as a signature way to represent their marriage vows to each other. #TeamHannon soon became a positive influence in their community, spawning the foundation in 2013. Chris and Tameka used the foundation as a platform to teach their kids the importance of giving and positively contributing to their community.
The Team Hannon Foundation is a non-profit charitable entity dedicated to uplifting as many individuals, families, and communities as possible by providing the proper tools for education, poverty, and athletics.
Since establishing the Team Hannon Foundation, The Hannons have found many ways to continue to give back to their community by annually hosting a free youth football camp called CAMP941, holding an annual backpack giveaway, donating and sponsoring youth athletic programs, adopting families during the holidays, volunteering at the Boys and Girls Clubs, and forming lifelong relationships with parents and children in the community.
